Data collection

Jazz Repertoire does not collect personal information. Your songs, practice history, genres, notes, resources, and lead sheets are stored only on your device.

Analytics

The app uses TelemetryDeck to send anonymous, aggregated product-interaction events — for example, "a song was added" or "the random picker was used". This data helps me understand how the app is used and where it can be improved. These events contain no personal data, no advertising identifiers, and nothing that can be linked back to you.

Third-party services

TelemetryDeck (operated by Apparata GmbH in Berlin, Germany — GDPR-friendly) is the only third-party service the app contacts. It does not set cookies, does not track across apps, and does not build user profiles.

Sharing

When you share songs via AirDrop or a .jrsongs file, only the title, composer, genre, and notes are included — never your practice history.

Backups

Full repertoire backups (JSON) stay on your device unless you choose to export them somewhere else.
